What consumers expect from customer service in 2022

In the spring of 2022, we conducted a panel survey on the state of customer service in the Nordic countries. The survey examined the thoughts and preferences of Finnish, Swedish and Danish consumers on customer service in companies and organisations.

Nordic consumers’ expectations regarding customer service are quite similar, but the survey also reveals interesting differences between countries. However, overall, the graphs and numbers run pretty much along the same lines.
