Welcome to Enreach service  

On this page, you will find the most important information for getting started with the service, as well as details on where to get help if needed.  

Enreach is your company’s communications service provider

Your company has chosen Enreach to manage voice and/or customer service solutions, and this SIM card is part of the overall system used by your company.

Enreach subscriptions operate on the Telia, DNA, or Elisa network. The network in use depends on your company’s agreement.

Enreach provides a range of communication services for businesses. The services used by your company may belong to the Enreach Voice or Contact solution, which means that some features, applications, and instructions may vary depending on the services your company uses.

Nevertheless, this page contains basic information relevant to all users.

The subscription is usually ready to use as soon as the SIM card is inserted into the phone.
In some cases, activation may occur with a slight delay according to your company’s deployment schedule.

SIM card 

Keep the original card your SIM was attached to in a safe place. It contains the PUK code, which is needed if the PIN code is entered incorrectly multiple times and the SIM card becomes locked.

Change the default PIN   

We recommend changing the default PIN code of the SIM card as soon as you start using it.

You can change the PIN code in your phone’s settings under SIM card / SIM PIN.

If you encounter problems using the service or need help, for example with the PUK code:

  •  First, check the SIM card holder (PUK code)

  • Primarily contact your company’s IT support or designated contact person

  • If necessary, Enreach customer support will assist you further
